    Never had so much mail inexplicably lost (or guaranteed late at least) since I started using this post office. staff is polite but obviously incompetent to some degree.

    I agree with the other commenters, that snarly older lady needs to retire. Her attitude affects the entire operation.

    The staff here are a hit or miss, very nice and accommodating or flat out rude. (That means you older lady)
