  9 out of 10 times order is wrong, today in drive through ordered a sesame seed bagel toasted with butter and received a sesame seed bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and bacon. Good job!

  This is the only Tim Hortons that makes me wait, night and day comparison to other locations.

  Definitely deemed the slowest Tim Hortons in Sudbury by far, I find I wait too long in the drive-thru and also inside, in the line up.

  Staff kept bickering at one another, do not go there , even gave me a hot chocolate when I ordered a tea lol

  Horrible service. There bagels never have enough butter, they hardly toast your food. they never put enough on wraps, as in your wrap you get from here has four or five bites till you are eating more than a tortilla. Some of the staff can't count. They screw up a simple large coffee with two cream. Instead they make you a double double. The lettuce in any sandwich is usually brown, the tomatoes usealy have a chunk of green in them. They are slower than molasses in winter. This is one of the worst Tim's ever
