  Two months ago i called this vendor to ask for some guidance, specifically that a technician call me to discuss an issue with my hot water tank. I did not receive a call back but they sent a technician to my house without my consent. I was charged for the call although the issue was with the hot water tank not having the proper instructions to re-light the pilot light. I stated my case with their office and now they are demanding payment for an issue that they are responsible for. They have lost me as a client!!!

  Installed 3 rads on a boiler system. Work seemed fine until we turned the boiler on for the winter. 1/2 the building was air locked, not a huge deal. Never got back to us or offered any assistance. Going with another company to fix their mistakes. Thanks for nothing.

  Bad customer service. Very unorganized company. Would not recommend to anyone including my family. Will not be installing another heat source with them.
