  Terrible return policy- I purchased a Cordless Dyson Vacuum the other day and see it in a flyer now on sale a newer model for less. They will not allow a return for the sale price or a new vacuum. Canadian tire is a terrible place for large purchases.

  Big Red Sale had at least 15 items on my list walked out with every single item that would not of happened in the Hanmer store. Staff was incredible, helpful and courteous helped me to the point of walking me to the item I wanted. This store owner knows what customer should be and the staff know it as well

  When employees out number customers 3 to 1 and there is still a significant line, as slack jawed red shirt wearing employees mill about facing, pricing and sweeping, is unacceptable.

  Seasonal customer service is absolutely terrible, employee don't know what they are doing and don't offer any help. go to the other Canadian tire in Sudbury.
