  I ordered a certain flower arrangement for a birthday NONE OF THE FLOWERS IN THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT I ordered were in the flower arrangement that got delivered to the birthday person. NO ONE called me to ASK if they could change any of the flowers or tell me that they didn't have those flowers. it was one of the first flower arrangements on their website.

  I ordered a bouquet of flowers with a love theme from Petal Pushers only 1 day before Valentine's Day. Petal Pushers said "No problem!" They delivered a beautiful arrangement of Valentine's Day flowers to my fiancé's work place in the morning of the big day. The card was hand written with exactly the description I gave.   FORTUNATELY the lady I sent the flowers to POSTED a picture of the flowers ON FACEBOOK - I was embarrassed as the arrangement had gaps and wasn't the type of flowers or look I had planned as a flower arrangement. IF YOU ARE GOING TO ORDER - ask them for a picture of the flowers they deliver
